House rules

(1) Guests are obligated to comply with the house rules. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. To avoid disturbance, TV and audio equipment must be set to room volume.

(2) For the duration of the rental of the apartment, the guest is obliged to keep windows (except tilted) and doors closed when leaving the apartment.

(3) Bringing or keeping pets is permitted after consultation.

(4) Smoking is generally prohibited in the apartment. In case of violations, the landlord may charge a cleaning fee of up to €100.00 (net). Smoking is permitted only on the balcony.

(5) There are several parking spaces in front of the building, which may and should be used. There is no entitlement to a specific or free parking space.

(6) The use of the children’s playgrounds adjacent to the house is at your own risk.

(7) Since the pool next to the house is not owned by the landlord, the tenant is not permitted to use it

(8) Garbage must be separated and disposed of independently in the designated bins next to the house.

(9) The landlord has the right of access to the holiday home at any time, particularly in cases of imminent danger. The legitimate interests of the guest must be taken into account when exercising this right of access. The landlord will inform the guest about the
